Responsibilities:
- Using the quality assurance process, identify operational areas that need improvement and offer suggestions for improvement.
- To reduce risks and preserve effective operations, quality control processes and controls must be developed and implemented.
- Working together with groups throughout the bank, create quality improvement policies, programs, goals, and plans of action to track performance, enhance business domains, and regulate procedures.
- creating presentations and reports on quality control performance and informing senior internal stakeholders on the results.
