Job Description:
The chosen applicant will handle accounts receivable, client enquiries, and dispute resolution while working with our Finance Operations – Global Accounts Receivable team. As you will be in charge of Cash Applications, you must possess in-depth knowledge and the capacity to carry out daily tasks while upholding SLAs. It’s necessary to coordinate with customers and respond to questions about cash application processes. You should comprehend the O2C process at an expert (SME) level, particularly the cash application process, which entails finding and applying unapplied cash, account reconciliation, handling emails pertaining to client remittance advise, etc. ( amazon customer care)
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding written and spoken communication abilities with a strong emphasis on customer service ·
- Capability to organise, multitask, and operate with little direction · Motivation for ongoing education and personal growth Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the enterprise Experience in the O2C domain
- for at least 2 year experience, preferably in cash application or collections Advanced proficiency in Excel, including proficiency with pivot tables and formulas Adaptable enough to work nights
